Our Objectives
1. Grow Loan portfolio from Ugx 552 Million to 1.66 Billion by 2026 (20% per Annum).
2. Membership Growth from 2,954 to 5,942 Members by 2026 (15% per Annum).
3. To maintain a portfolio quality of below 5% above one day and below 1% for non-performing loan per Annum.
4. Maintain active membership at 75% per Annum.
5. Develop and Review at least 2 new and 3 existing products by 2026.
6. Grow the Fixed Asset base to Ugx250 Million by 2026
7. To provide Financial Inclusion for special Interest Groups.
8. To support farmers for improved food systems through sustainable Land use and Environment.
